Sealer Start Up
Overview:
How to perform the sealers pre-shift inspections.

Definitions:
 
Procedure:

1. Make sure there is a clean bucket of water next to the sealer.
   1. Water from the bucket should be changed every 24 hours or as needed.
2. Make sure the sealer and area around the sealer are free of trash and clutter.
3. Turn the sealer on and check that the temperature is within tolerance.
4. Turn on hotplates.
5. Inspect the sealer hoses for any rips or tears.
6. Check the level of hotmelt in the barrels and the consistency piped from the gun.
7. Complete the inspection log.
8. Notify the team lead of any issues.
