Process:
How to startup and shutdown CGA.

Startup Procedure:
- Meet with or read note from counterpart
- Communicate area status with the prep area team lead
- Verify the next batches that need to be completed

Meet with the team to start the shift and assess manpower needs
- Communicate area status and priority batches
- Inform the team about priority units/remakes
- Make area assignments
- Go to the fixed head & 7000-line area to bring all remakes to the north argon area
- Ensure a harp is stationed to collect remakes for the final area
- Audit machine inspection sheets and make sure the area has the supplies it needs for the day
- Push all remakes out of the area
- Leave a note for counterpart
- Ensure all trash and broken units are taken out of the area
- Collect area numbers and report to the supervisor
- Ensure all hot knives are unplugged
- Ensure area fans, hotmelt sealers and the debris film machine are powered down
- Clear the path of the security beam
- Ensure all flashlights are accounted for
