Typing up Remakes in Delivery

            How to input remake information in PICK.

Procedure:
For Glass Remakes

1. From the pick login screen, login with Username: REMAKE Password: REMAKE
2. Select option 1 “CREATE REMAKES”
3. Input the invoice number of the needed remake.
   1. If the order has already been invoiced, you will need to add the year to the back of the invoice number.
   2. Example: 03-5555.23
4. Input the line item.
5. Write the remake number on the glass sticker.
6. Input your name.
7. Specify if you need a VT or DL
   1. PW and Glass only units will always be DL.
8. Select the reason for the breakage.
9. Select the area responsible for the breakage.
10. Input what area the remake needs to be delivered to.
    1. For Truck/Rush units, also note this here.
    2. Example: RUSH FOR TRUCK!
11. Input the quantity needed.
12. Press Y and then ENTER to finalize the remake.

For Vinyl Remakes

1. From the pick login screen, login with Username: REMAKE Password: REMAKE
2. Select option 7 “FRAME & SASH REMAKE MENU”
3. Select option 1 “CREATE REMAKES”
4. Input the invoice number of the needed remake.
   1. If the order has already been invoiced, you will need to add the year to the back of the invoice number.
   2. Example: 03-5555.23
5. Input the line item.
   1. For continuous windows, use the first line item only. Send all the frame labels back with the shop date and production color day written on it.
6. Write the remake number on the frame sticker.
7. Input 1 - your name.
   1. Example: 1-Igor
8. Specify what piece of Vinyl you need.
9. Select the reason for the breakage.
10. Select the area responsible for the breakage.
11. Input what area the remake needs to be delivered to.
    1. For Truck/Rush units, also note this here.
    2. Example: RUSH FOR TRUCK!
12. Input the quantity needed.
13. Press Y and then ENTER to finalize the remake.
