            The process for storing glass waiting on vinyl.

Procedure

1. When you’re missing/break sash material:
   1. Place the AMSCO Label/NFRC onto the unit.
   2. Ask someone who is beading to grab the correct bead out of the bead cart.
   3. Tape the correct bead to the glass unit.
   4. Place the glass unit into one of the correct designated slots on the remake harp.
      1. The remake harps are located at the head of each respected line.
2. When you’re missing/break frame material:
   1. Ask someone who is beading to grab the correct bead out of the bead cart.
   2. Tape the correct bead to the glass unit.
   3. Place the glass unit into one of the correct designated slots on the remake harp.
      1. The remake harps are located at the head of each respected line.
   4. For SH/SV Make sure one of the catchers brings the vent(s) to the remake harp and slots them next to the DL glass.
3. Do not wait to cutout and pair up any broken units.
4. Do not allow elements of the window to become separated unnecessarily.
