Process:
The process for uploading incomplete windows to the collective old list.
Definitions:
Any needed definitions
Procedure:

1. After completing a batch, any window that is not completed and binned DNCUS, will be binned into the QCR binning system.
   1. Complete QCR list is listed below. 
2. After scanning the window to the correct QCR bin, visually indicate the window has been scanned by writing an abbreviation of what is missing on the side of the frame.
   1. Use a dry-erase marker when writing the abbreviation.
3. Use Accuterm to ensure all missing items have been scanned to the correct QCR bin.
   1. Login with “SHOP,SHOP”
   2. View what is outstanding in the the “GOING OLD COUNTS” report.
