How to perform the screws and fans pre-shift inspections.

Procedure:
- Make sure all drills are accounted for and charged.
- Turn on fans.
- Check supplies (breather tubes, screws, low-e wand, etc.)
- Verify the low-e wand is working correctly by touching a piece of metal.
- Notify the team lead of any issues.
