Procedure

1. Start creating a glass remake in AccuTerm
2. In the reason section select “Needs Sticker”.
3. Blackout the lite you do not need on the remake sticker.
4. With a marker, the same color as the color day of the original sticker, draw a line down the remake sticker.
5. Specify where the re-cut lite needs to be taken, to be paired up.
6. Write the last 3 digits of the remake number onto the original label.
7. Write the date and time on the original label.
8. Take the remake sticker to a hand cut station.
   1. For SS and DS units, take the remake sticker to the northernmost hand cut table.
   2. For Temp, 3/16, and ¼ units, take the remake sticker to the southernmost XYZ table.
9. Place the original sticker on the non-broken lite.
10. Store that lite at your line.
    1. A new lite should come to your line in 30 minutes or less.
    2. Tempered lites will take longer to come back.
11. If a new lite does not come in 30 minutes or less, call your supervisor.
12. When the re-cut remake is ran, place the IG unit in the designated "Remake Only" harp at the end of the IG line.
