Procedure:
- Retrieve the clipboard with your deliveries from the cubby box with your name on it.

Get any extra equipment needed for your delivery.
- Gloves: Personal preference.
- Twine: Needed for all deliveries.

Suction cups: Useful for heavy windows.
- Suction cups can be checked out from your team lead.
- Chains: Needed in winter driving conditions.
- Inspect the stacks in your truck, ensuring all windows are properly secured.

Perform a pre-trip inspection of your truck.
- Inspect the tires, lights/signals, fuel, etc.
- Make sure all your invoices have addresses listed.

Begin delivering your windows from top to bottom.
- Your stops will have been loaded from bottom to top, allowing you to deliver/unload from top to bottom.

Park as close to the job site as possible without parking on paved driveways or sidewalks.
- The concrete for driveways or sidewalks is often still wet.

Unload all the windows for the stop into the home's garage.
- Stack the windows in the garage frame on frame.
- Mark off each window on the packing slip to ensure they are all there.
- With twine, tie each stack of windows to the framing in the garage.

Take detailed pictures of each stack of windows with a phone.
- Save the photos on your phone for 4 months after the delivery.

Write both driver's names on the job site packing slip.

Write down any issues or changes to the delivery along with who requested the changes.
- Damages, shorts, customer concerns, etc.
- Call in any damaged or shorted windows.
- Call in any delays or issues with the job site.

- After completing all the deliveries, clean the truck, refuel the truck, and return any equipment.

Turn in your clipboard to the desk.
- Fold up all back-ordered windows.
- Return the truck key to the key box.
