Mull Glue Ratio Test
Overview:
            Testing the hardener-to-activator ratio on the mull glue pump.
Definitions:
Procedure:

1. Perform a glue ratio test at the beginning of each quarter.
2. Hold two small cups up to the pump’s nozzle.
3. Fill one cup with the hardener and the other with the activator until both weigh over 20 grams.
   1. This should take around 5 seconds.
4. Weigh the two cups.
5. If the cups weigh the same, the ratio of hardener to activator is correct.
   1. The cups cannot be off by more than 5%.
6. If the cups have more than a 5% difference, call over your lead or supervisor to adjust the PSI on the pumps.
   1. The hardener and activator have different thicknesses and will require different PSIs to flow equally.
7. Continue to adjust the PSI on the pumps until the glue ratio is correct.
   1. The correct ratio is 50/50 by weight.
