Prep Remake Board
Process:
The process for updating the remake board in prep.
Definitions:
Any needed definitions
Procedure:

1. When a piece of vinyl is broken or discovered missing, write the invoice number and the time of the missing unit on the prep remake board.
   1. Write the invoice number in the correct section.
      1. Frame, Sash, PW, or Missing
2. For missing units, call the Sort area and report the unit missing.
3. For broken units, follow the vinyl remake process.
4. If a frame or sash is taken out of prep to be repaired, write the invoice number of the frame or sash on the remake board.
5. When a remake or missing unit is received, remove it from the prep remake board.
6. Vinyl remakes should take 30 minutes or less to be completed. Call hourly on any outstanding remakes.
