Production Supply Ordering Process
Definitions:
Procedure:
-
Team leads should review their cutout to determine what supplies they will need the next day.
- Make sure to order enough supplies for both shifts.
- Fill out the supply sheet based on what you will need for tomorrow even if it’s just one item.
-
Turn the supply list into the closest location to your area by 8:00 A.M.
- There are two locations to turn in a list.
-
The first location is on the supply shelf north of prep line 2.

-
The second location is under the stairs by the specials area.

- Supplies will be picked up by a member of the Receiving team shortly after 8:00 A.M.
- Supplies will then be pulled and delivered to your area no later than 12:00 P.M.
- Your supply list will be returned to you with your supply order.
-
If we are out of an item that you requested, we will write on the supply sheet when it is due if the date is known.
- Do not wipe off the due date until you receive the back ordered supplies.
-
If you need more supplies after you have turned in your supply sheet, contact your manager.
- The manager will need to contact the receiving team lead to coordinate the pulling of supplies with the manager present.
- It will be the manager's responsibility to get the supplies to their area.
