Procedure
-
Get an empty cart to begin stacking your material on.
- If unable to do so, make sure the rebar and track for each stcok invoice number are together on the same cart to make it easer for the prep line to pull what they need.
- If the sets are small, two or three sets can go on one cart as long as each item is clearly makred and divided into line-item sets.
- Cut all needed rebar for the stock set.
- Place all rebar on the bottom layer of the cart. If slider vent, cut the track, and wrap each invoice line-item separately.
- Write on the shrink wrap the stocks color day, count, and size.
- Place the shrink wrapped bundle on the boards on the next level above the rebar.
- After cutting both the rebar and the track, move the cart in line at either the MR90 or the SD4000.
- At the MR90 or SD4000, cut and place all needed mullions on the top layer of the cart above the rebar and track of their corisponding line item.
- For single hung sets, after all needed mullions have been placed on the cart, push the cart to the mill area to get weep holes punched in all the SH mullions.
- For slider vents, push the cart directly over to the completed staging area.
