Staging 3/16” Lites at the Tempering Oven
Overview:
            How to stage and verify 3/16” lites prior to tempering.

Procedure:
Steps 1-4 will be performed by a glass cutter.
Steps 5-6 will be performed by a tempering oven worker.

1. Cut and slot all 3/16” lites into a large green harp.
2. Place the correct run and color day sticker onto the harp.
3. Verify all units have been cut and are slotted correctly.
   1. After verifying, sign your initials at the bottom of the sticker.
4. Push the large green harp rack to the aisle between the glass cutters and the tempering oven.
5. Using the correct paperwork, measure and inspect the quality of each lite.
   1. Call your team lead over if any lites are broken, damaged, or missing.
6. Once the rack has been verified and is 100%, sign your initials under those of the glass cutter’s.
