W/C NDY Report

Will Call NDY Report
Overview:
            The process for uploading and clearing W/C NDY windows.
Definitions:
Procedure:

1. All W/C NDY windows need to be uploaded to the W/C NDY report the day prior to the customer coming to pick them up.
2. Orders will be uploaded every 2 hours of the day until 5:00PM.
3. Production will check the W/C NDY report throughout the day and start clearing W/C units for the following day.
4. All W/C NDY units, for the following day, need to be cleared by the end of swing shift.

To Access the W/C NDY Report

1. Log into accuterm with SHOP,SHOP
2. Enter 16 “NDY REPORTS”
3. Enter N “NDY ITEMS”
4. Enter W “W/C NDY REPORTS”
5. Enter Y
6. Enter D “DISPLAY”
7. Enter D “DISPLAY IT”
