Definitions:
Any needed definitions
Procedure:
- At the start of the shift, mark a clear piece of glass with a grease pencil on both sides of the glass but in different spots and run it through the washer.
-
At the back end of the washer, check to see if both grease pencil marks have been completely removed.
- If removed, start the day's production.
- If the grease pencil lines are not completely removed, check your washer to make sure everything is moving properly, the water temperature is proper, and soap (if needed) is being used.
- Correct any issues discovered and then repeat step 1.
- If the grease pencil lines are still not completely removed, submit a work order to maintenance.
