Missing Stock in Final
Overview
            The process for completing missing stock racks in final.
 
Definitions
 
Procedure
  1. Identify what elements of your stock run are missing.
  2. For missing glass, have your team lead call the CGA team lead for all missing/broken units.
  3. For missing vinyl, have your team lead call the sort team lead for all missing/broken units.
  4. Fill out the appropriate fields on the orange MISSING STK tag.
    1. Invoice number, missing items, quantity, date, and time.
  5. Place the tag on the incomplete rack and push it out to the final wall.
    1. Do not scan the stock rack until it is complete.
  6. Update the MISSING STK tag as the missing items of your stock rack arrive.
  7. Have your team lead radio for your missing items every quarter (2 hours), until all the stock on the rack is complete.
  8. If an incomplete stock rack is left for another shift:
    1. Check the MISSING STK tag for what items are missing.
    2. Have your team lead Radio CGA and/or Sort for an update on your missing items.
    3. Complete all missing items as they arrive.
    4. Remove the MISSING STK tag.
    5. Have your team lead scan the newly completed stock rack.
      1. Whatever shift completed most of the rack will get credit.
      2. Do not scan a rack to your shift if your shift did not complete the majority of the work.
