Procedure:

Remove paperwork from the cart and place at punch to verify each frame for correct size, color & profile while punching.
- Punch in order from top to bottom of cart.
- While verifying the size, verify the barcode label is on the jamb and not the sill.

Punch the weep holes in the sill.
- Studio is punched on the A76. 4 weep holes are punched per part.
- Insert sill piece into the punch all the way to the hard stop. Punch each part in each slot, no more than 2 parts at a time.
- Be sure to locate the part all the way to the hard stop to ensure the weep holes are punched in the correct location.
- If there are any more questions about punching, see the samples on the board.
-
Inspect the weep holes to ensure no material is left in the holes and the part is not deformed.
- Parts are to be replaced in the same slot they were removed from.
-
When the cart is complete, stage cart for the weld area.
- Once the cart is staged, sign off the frame punch log.
